I tried it during its release but didnt get into it, thanks to my girlfriend protesting it. I have seen far to many people get sucked in and fail university because of it. I hate it with a passion.

Yeah, i played for like 2 months at the start of the year, and brought another month again just recently.

Not addicted like some people, but its interesting for a month or so at a time.

and yes, the BC (Burning Crusade) expansion raises the lvl cap to 70, and introduces the Outlands (whole new continent).

Never played, probably will never play it.
I'm more of a combat simulation type of guy. I have purchased every version of Battlefield since its intro to the market. I hang my hat in the jungles of Vietnam.

The monthly fee is a bit ridiculous. Novaworld and Blizzard do not require it and I find their games more interesting...

Oops, I meant to say Blizzard's Battle.Net (starcraft, etc).

I do know several people who are addicted to WoW, so there must be something interesting about it. If the monthly fee wasn't there, I'd probably try it out. Afterall, I bough Warcraft III when it first came out...
