This can go both ways, you say I should take a risk and pump a few extra bucks into a good programmer and get the work I would like. But it can go to opposite way, you would take the risk of taking this "free" job and either reap the rewards of a successful company or scratch this one under failure and move on. It is a double edge sword, it could draw blood from either my self or the programmer, or it could be the break of a new google! ( i wish
