If I'm going to replace my itunes, I'll want to still be able to put music on my ipod. If I used AAC Format I can fit 500 songs whereas with Mp3 format I can fit 250 - 300. So if using the itunes replacement ment that I couldn't put songs on my ipod / couldn't put as many songs on my ipod then I wouldn't really use it.
