Wikipedia page on it has a few useful links (no tutorial though, but there is a Java simulator of the chip). Also, are you certain it's a Motorola 6800 and not, say, a Motorola 68000? The names of these chips are pretty similar, so it's best to make sure now that we're talking about the right one
