Anyways, I'm no expert at systems admin but..
yea you can change a limited to an administrator account, but then you might as well just give them administrator accounts all the time, as your security is destroyed at this point, defeating the whole purpose of giving them a limited account in the first place.
If I had bad intent and was presented with a temporary administrator account, I would use the opportunity to set myself up to pwn the computer at a later date, or take the opportunity to install my goodies.
