Well, see, it's kind of like this. This is an online situation, and I don't know you. Suppose I wanted to make some kind of judgement about whether or not you're qualified to run a project. I might (perhaps unfairly) decide to judge you on whether or not I thought you could read and comprehend something simple, like

People like me, HR geeks, venture capitalists, etc., will, in the absence of concrete information, look for hints that someone drops along the way. Some, of course, will just take everything at face value. Good luck with your enterprise.
