Connecting to USB port

hey guys,
I am doing an application that has the option of sending data across the USB port,i tried to search for the subject but i couldn't find a thing so if any one has a clue about how to make my application connect to the USB port using C# 1.1 not 2.0 it will be very appreciated.

But i don't know if it's for .net1.1. Try it and see if it works
