RealmWare is the developer of a software platform for developing interactive 3D applications. Company Background
Realmware Corporation, founded in 2005, is the developer of Visual3D.NET, the first commercial managed platform and visual authoring environment for .NET and XNA Framework. Realmware provides tools, middleware, training, and offshore outsourcing services for game, visualization, and training simulation development. Realmware has an offshore outsourcing arm and both co-located and remote development operations and is looking for key talent and leadership for scaling to 40 employees and contractors by the end of 2007.
Product Status - Visual3D.NET
Closed Beta sales for Visual3D.NET have begun and the Community Technology Preview is to be released in December-January. Visual3D.NET is in use for developing the educational game for George Lucas' upcoming Red Tails movie and is also moving into Serious Games markets.

Requirements
All Positions
◦ Dedication, initiative, and reliability
◦ Full-time availability of 40+ hours/week, part-time availability of 15+ hours/week
◦ Written and spoken English proficiency for remote and/or on-site communication
◦ Strong problem solving skills
3D Engine & UI System Developers
◦ Familiarity with a .NET language or ability to quickly learn and develop with C#
◦ C/C++ experience for understanding OGRE source code and design
◦ Experience in at least one of the following areas:
▪ OGRE engine architecture
▪ Managed DirectX
▪ XNA Framework
▪ Shaders (especially HLSL)
▪ CEGUI
◦ Experience or ability to develop with OGRE mesh structure, materials, animation system, and/or OGRE workflow/asset pipeline for content creation tools
Tools Developer
◦ Strong C#/.NET and Windows Forms experience
◦ Experience and portfolio of past work developing tools for game and/or 3D environment design
