From the searching I did I don't think you are going to find the code unless someone has it stored somewhere but I don't really think you will find it. But
http://books.mcgraw-hill.com does have code for its newer books. I didn't see anything for the Art of C though only for the Art of C++ Sorry but I don't think you are going to find what you are looking for, but then again anything is possible.
As for the snide remarks I didn't see anyone jumping on you. They just gave you there opinions, sorry if you thought that they were being mean but they were just stating what they thought.
