Source Code from Schildt's Book
I know this is a long shot but does anyone by chance have, or know where to find, the source code from Herbert Schildt's book "The Art of C"? ISBN is 0-07-881691-2 and it was published a long time ago by Osborne. I have the book and the disk - but it's a 5.25" disk (!) and have no way to convert.
 I've looked at his home page which refers you to the Obsorne site which says that the book/code are no longer available. I've also done a Google search with no luck. If anyone has any further ideas on where this code might be found, I'd appreciate all thoughts. Thanks in advance. Tom
