lol well im not quite asian, im indian (my parents immigrated here from India)
anyway thanks and yes i will not "fuck this up". I realize how blessed i am to have this opportunity and it will not be wasted.

in the meantime im gonna try to learn C++...

Yeah, it's also a stereo-type that Indians are good at Math and Medicine. Heh...

Nice job on the scholorships! It will really help, I'm sure.

But yeah, about that "Asian stereo-type" thing, I don't mean to start anything, but there's definitely a reason for it. This is from this article on Wikipedia.

Doubly suprised that a black one hasn't... equal rights, representation and all of that. Would be interesting to see male vs female and one for age ranges.

@IR: I couldn't find an IQ chart for age or sex. But I did manage to find one for SAT results versus sex on Wikipedia. lol ...

Here I was thinking that females were smarter... Seems like they never recovered from the downward slope of 1972. Thanks for the charts Sane.

Intelligence tests are supposed to measure native intelligence divorced from the effects of acquired knowledge, subject only to genetic and environmental influences. Obviously, they can't succeed entirely. Nevertheless, a variation across age-range would merely be an illustration of their lack of effectiveness.

As to women: they are the superior race. You cannot show me enough charts to convince me that they aren't. They are very sly about such things, of course.
