CRM Scripts
What (if any) CRM scripts/suites have you used and which do you think are best? (PHP/MySQL only please).

i have experience with CRM-CTT. It was pretty good for a basic help desk, but my company has since out growen it. There are many out there that you can pay for and many that are free, it takes a bit of time to figure out which are good and which are crappy.

yeah CRM-CTT is good, the guy that runs the project is open to new features etc, he may even let you join up on the development team.
