If you want to be pragmatic about it, you'd write your layout to work on all the various browsers; DaWei was likely referring to the shabby manner in which IE supports CSS. I agree with everyone else about the colors as well. Once I realized it was on the beverage rather than the software, I was expecting a border the color of a light wine, like a white zinfandel (well, a similar shade of pink at least), and then a white background and wasn't sure what the text color might be.. Of course, that's just the image I built up in my head till I actually loaded the page.

Content-wise, I didn't look around very much, but I'm not so sure that the comic would necessarily be appropriate. As much as webcomics are enjoyable, I don't know how much they appeal to the kind of folk to typically drink wine (or know anything about it).
