A few suggestions:

I noticed in the first screen there is a numeric keypad, I haven't tested the software, but I'd make sure that the keypad on the keyboard works as well (and even potentially get rid of this keypad unless you're on a keyboardless or touch screen system.)

On the 'emergency file detected' page. It might be a better idea to have the emergency file act like a log file (each emergency is appended), or have a rolling number (etc emergency_1.txt, emergency_2.txt) or at least configured to do so, maybe even by date/time if necessary (emergency_200607281036.txt) hard drive space is cheap, having extra logging information isn't a bad thing, if you're worried about space give the option to auto-delete emergencies older than a certain date.

On the second screen, for the emergency files you provide a drive, but not a location dialog for where to place emergency files, such a screen might be useful.

Based on the sounds of the other thread, you're making this for a company, some things you might want to consider on the company level:

There is possibly a desire for two levels of security, an admin, and a user level. The user should have minimal rights, (the ability to change their password, and not much else), and the administrator should have more rights (changing log files, warning times, emergency files etc) If this is done the 'pin numbers' for the two should not overlap. (the user has a 3-6 digit pin, the admin an 8 - 12 digit pin).

If this is true there might also be the desire to e-mail emergency files. I don't know what they're used for, but if it's multiple unsucessful login attempts, it might be nice for a SysAdmin to get that information real time.

I know these really aren't 'visual design' comments, but they're the first things I thought of when looking at this, since it's sounded like you haven't gotten much user feedback from the company, I hope it helps. (It might also be a good talking point with your customer)
