Influences on Table Column's Widths
There's a table. And the first row's column has a span of 5, and, as a result the text inside it stretches the next rows' columns... Even though the columns underneath it have fixed widths.
This only occurs in Internet Explorer. It works in Firefox. http://jammersbase.com/forum?f=1&t=7#last Access that link. Then refresh the page to collapse the posts. Then notice how the column with the username and date are different widths than the other posts, because the first post has a row with a colspan of 5 above it. |
