maybe not so much new, but incorporating it with the global communication and the fact that the internet is viewable by anyone with a connection and that these animations and such are free (besides ISP costs) to watch, and therefore people can just grab them and do whatever they want with them because the artist wasn't making a profit and therefore that means that anyone can claim it. Which is wrong, because the artists are paid in critisism and pats on the back and are losing something by someone else getting the credit.
