Flashing Programming Name

does anybody know how to make the programs (my Vb program) name flash like when a new message arrives on MSN.

I think you mean for the program's item on the taskbar to flash, right, as a way of notifying the user of a change? (navy/grey for mine)

Quick and dirty way to do it:
FORM.setfocus

This will cause the entry in the task bar to flash if the program isn't in focus.

I think that is just because it is an old post. Newer versions of Windows will still support this.
