It's not rocket science. Go to apache.org and then click the link for 'HTTP Server' (menu bar at the left, right at the top). Or you could click here instead. Select your mirror (the default should work okay, but if you have problems, you can change it). Then, under the form that lets you select a mirror, you will find download links for various versions, both source and binary, for various releases. You probably want the one labeled as 'Win32 Binary (MSI Installer)' for release 2.2.2, the latest stable version.
