I need help making an installer so what are some codes id need??

Start out by deciding what you want your installer to do.... I would assume that you want it to do things like copy files to specified locations, notify users of progress, a GUI for installation information, etc. An installer is just another program.

Why do you need Java to make an installer? There are plenty of free installers out there to get the job done. Unless, of course, you need to do something more intricit like modifying the registry or activation through online registration.
