Question if anyone knows about jcreator please help

ok when i try to compile java in jcreator everything works fine, but when i try to execute it an error happens:

--------------------Configuration: Chapter03_Example01 - j2sdk1.4.2_10 <Default> - <Default>--------------------
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Mortgage
Exception in thread "main"
Process completed.

I've downloaded and installed everything that it says i need in the java book i'm reading, and if any of you need a screenshot or something to be able to tell what the real problem is then tell me and i can e-mail you one

who told you that?!?! Its for any OS! I love it and I am using now. You can do a lot with Eclipse, thats why I made the switch! download eclipse from my signature and then install, after that, email me! you know for what lol.

Also, my advice, always write the code yourself rather than get the from a cd of a book or w/e. What book are you reading now?

Another good editor is BlueJ. I use it all the time and I think it is better then JCreator.

Also, i was able to fix jcreator the problem was i was running a out of date version of jdk,as soon as i updated it and set the preferences right it started working, and i still have eclipse i'm just not very good with it yet, dont know much about it. But i do plan to work on that, and as a backup i have netbeans just in case.
