Ok hey my name is Akademiks i own a forum called iDENFusion we have our 250 members and 6000 posts and just open 2 weeks im looking for a new programmer who can be admin and also get paid. The reason i want a programmer its so he can help me make some applications for the site such as a java application loader (JAL) for iDEN (nextel) phones it shouldnt be hard if anyone would like the job reply this thread with the info where i can contact you. The jal program i think i can provide some info i need some help with the assembly and visual basics well also if we make a jal one application will be sold at least 20 bucks each and also if we can make this new app thats its sold about 500 dollars we can make some big money. Like i said i need someone that can be realiable and that watns to help out. Thanks for reading this post if u think you are the person who can help me out tell me.

A good way to get a good programmer is to maintain good grammar, spelling, and capitalization. The message loses much of it's seriousness with 'i' instead of 'I', 'u' instead of 'You', and multiple spelling errors which a spell checker could have caught.
Additionally if you have a forum you're looking for someone to help administer, providing the address of the forum might also be a good idea. -MBirchmeier |

First let me point out that yes english its not my first languague im from ecuador a country on south america i been in the united states for approximetly one year so im still learning and sorry if it was funny or sounded unprofessional.
Like i said before i never asked how my english was i only asked if your interested to reply on this thread. My forum its currently down i will post the link up as soon as the forum returns i can let you know i have over 200 members and over 6000 posts and just opened 2 weeks ago. |

This is not a critique, as your native language is not English, and it's different in your native language. The personal pronoun, "I", is always capitalized in correct English (obviously, not in AOL/chat-speak, which certainly serves as a poor model for those who would learn English). Good luck.
