cgi/perl script + IE problem

I have problem in html + perl + cgi!
currently, i am runnning a cgi/perl script. I just using normal perl script to excute and implement my stuff. However, i received an error message from IE showing "Internet Explorer have encounter an problem" while i try to browse around and clicking the link in that page. This error is related to mshtml.dll. It's required me to click on "Send the error" or "Don't send" and then just close off my page.
However, i don't face any problem if i using FireFox.
Do anyone of you know what is the problem or code that causing this error keep coming out?
I need you guy help. Thank

Yeah, it's a problem in the code ... Microsoft's code! Still, it could possibly be some of the code generated by your CGI that's causing IE to choke. It might help if you take a look at the code it generates; probably the easiest way would be to view source in FireFox. If you paste that code here, and possibly (ideally) also the code of your CGI script (or just the parts of it that generate the header and HTML) then someone may be able to give more specific help.
