This was a four months project(2400+ LOC) for my Software Engineering II class. Try first the beginner level, then go to the expert (intermediate doesn't work). You can change the colors and the interface language too.

You need to have both files in the same directory. Here's the link:

Developed in C# using MS VS 2003 .NET
