New VB student
Hi, well I'd like to learn VB, the problem is I have a book but where do I find the darn thing itself? Do I have to buy a CD or can I find it online? Is it free or do I have to pay for it or what and does it work with Windows 2X? Thanks and sorry about this.

VB is pretty much a 100% microsoft language, so you'll most likely have to pay for a compiler. However DaWei's link is a good start.
