Free Online Ebooks/Tutorials
Well Ive Been Reading The Sams 24 Hour Book, And ive been thinking im gonna need another book or tutorial to help me understand more. So i really need a really good Ebook/Tutorial for BEGGINERS, It teaches all the basic stuff.

There's quite a few on the net. We could only give you our opinions on which ones we thing are good, and which ones are not. I would reccomend googling C++ tutorial. You will find numerous links to good free material people have on the web. Check it out, and find which one works best for you, and let us know as well.
