dial up connection

okay so im at my friends house, and they have dial up, they are tired of being kicked off whenever someone calls, i know theres like a *7 or something thing you can put into the dialup number .. but i havent had dial up for 2 years and i've forgotten what it is, could someone please remind me as to what it is?

this kind of thing (turning off call-waiting) should be in the front of your phone book, ever looked there? there's all kinds of cool shit you can do. good luck.
