VB6+MySQL: Get server path?

yet another problem from me...

i need to get the path of the Server im connecting to.

example:
im on "Computer A". I connected to "Computer Server"'s mySQL server.
i want to know the path of the server there. i know it works on VBscript as FilesystemObject something server.mappath or something i dont really know.

how do you do this in VB?

im sorry i cant explain much more than that. can u understand what i mean?

Do you mean the DB Servers NetBIOS path?

eg: \\ServerName

elaborate?
