A Minor Detail

Hey Big K, any way we could get a "Mark all posts as read" link put back on the New Posts page? I know there's one on the main forum page but it's handy having one in New Posts.

Egg-cellent. Thanks for pointing it out Piz.

Along those same lines, the site generated cookies don't seem to be working for me. I'm only "remembered" half the time. Also, my unread threads keep getting marked as read when I don't want them to. Like with this one for example, I didn't know that it had new posts until I noticed Piz was the most recent poster from the main forum page. Every time I log in I get completely new results with the New Posts search. I never keep any of the old ones that I've not actually read yet and apparently never see some of them at all. I think it's only been doing that when I actually have to log back in, but I'm not entirely sure. Sorry for the trouble K, but thanks for any help. :o

Yeah i am also having problems with the new posts search and having the site remember me. I am still trying to figure out what could be the problem but i will hopefully get it soon

Could be, in part, a problem with he cookie handlers on the main page. If I skip that page and go straight to the forums' directory it remembers me just fine. (It doen't change the New Posts search though). I get the impression that the main page scripts are writing over old cookies like there's been a logout when they're not supposed to.

I'll fiddle around a bit to see if what I'm saying holds true later, but first groceries...
