unformatted you tube in IE7
hi all, please check out the picture attached.. im trying to load Youtube in IE7 on vista.. i get an unformatted page.. i already downloaded flash player from the macromedia website.. any ideas why this is happening?

Sometimes IE seems to do this when the connection is close to timing out. Refresh the page, or try again later.
