Re: Getting started.

Hi

I downloaded all the HTML files for "SAMS Teach yourself C in 21 Days"
But I have been at it for about 4 months now.
use this link: http://lib.daemon.am/Books/C/;

also check this out:http://publications.gbdirect.co.uk/c...copyright.html

Just save a copy of the pdf file on your desktop for quick reference.

Enjoy.

Re: Getting started.

If you have programming experience, I would look at The C Programming Language http://www.amazon.com/Programming-La...7665320&sr=8-1 which is considered a classic.

What is a good way to learn the C Standard Library? None of the books I have looked at cover it in detail.

O'Reilly's C In A Nutshell is a good reference book for all of the functions in the C89 and C99 standards.

I have a review of it in the book review forum.
