GPS using Visual Basic ?

Dear Reader,
I really need your help. Do u guys have any ideas on how can i develope the indication system of location system using GPS & mobile terminal with Visual Basic?
plz give me some ideas.. i have to do my final year project since my senior left the uncomplete programme which i dont even understand.

Go to this web page. The only problem is that the software is commerical. Try out this tutorial on the matter.
