Hello programming world!

I am living in Moscow, I am student of university, and I have a web-site - http://function.name/ So I haven't inuf time to get more content. For starters the title of your thread should reflect the contents. Second this isn't really a project idea. This is your project (which there is a forum for) and you are asking for volunteers to help build up your project (which, as Dawei already pointed out, belongs in the job offers forum). So good luck with your project but if you want the proper feedback you have to post in the proper forum.
