Someone has created a website which runs a list of known April Fools pranks on the web: http://aprilfools.urgo.org/2007.html

Wow, I wish I was able to come up with a good one yesterday. My friend had their neighbour put police tape around their entire house (5 feet out with poles holding the tape).

Thing is, another neighbour down the street was actually a police officer, so they got into big trouble.
