Maybe its not as easy as you think... This will require some sort of database-driven framework, supposedly in PHP and MySQL. Those alone will take months to learn before you are ready to try programming this.
If you're already an experienced programmer, that will help. If not, I'd suggest just using MediaWiki. For future reference, people may have been hesitant to reply because your post is pretty cryptic. It was difficult to wade my way through that. Try to avoid butchering the English language. Thanks. |

"Go for advance PHP"? What do you mean by that?
If you ever get frustrated, remember you can always try MediaWiki. It's free, and it's what Wikipedia was built with. |

I think of it as reinventing the wheel.

Doing something the hard way when there is an easier way is not a sign of skill or cojones or intelligence. Quite the contrary.

As DaWei says, the mark of an intelligent programmer is not to make life difficult for oneself.
Also, whilst English is presumably not your native language, it's rather difficult to understand you. At least try to use proper capitalization and punctuation. |
