App within an App
Is it possible to run everything from a command line perspective? Like lets say i want to make a console application that when someone click on the .exe it will run spybot. that i understand how to do b/c spybot has command line functins built in. but what if i wanted the same to occur with lets say ad aware? how would i write code so that ad aware launchs, scans, cleans, and then exits without any user interaction? is this possible?

Go do some research and see if you can use ad-aware through command line, I doubt it, but if not just use mouse clicks maybe? Just click once then minimize it until its done.

There are libraries that will allow you to emulate mouse clicks. Go research that (even though it's quite a crappy solution)
