Suggest me what would be the best choice of language, I like to build up a solution with the following criteria.
1.Work-stations with standalone database 2.Centralled Admin Solution 3.Remotely retrieval of data from Admin Solution. 4.Store remote data to central databse in batch basis system(with certain time interval). 5.Give manuplated result of retrieved data from remote host at admin solution. 6. Some admin action on remote host. |

If you plan on using Windows as an only operating system, C#. If you want it to be cross-platform C++. Thats a hefty program Good Luck!

C++ for application, PHP for website if you decide to have the "solution" be able to cross the net.
