Your scale is fairly meaningless. The length of time I've been involved in several projects is measured in years (those projects involved largish teams rather than just yours truly, and the size of those projects is more typically expressed in man-years of effort rather than meaningless measures like LOC or how long it took).

You need to put never on there. My average development is working for a while and then getting distracted and putting it on indefinite hold. As soon as I finish a project that'll drop the average down to 'almost-never'

At my work it's definitly years. For programs that I do for fun at home, anywhere from weeks, to months, to years (there are a couple I am always adding new features too).
