Bitmap creation library for java?
Does anyone have any experience creating bitmaps in java. Specifically with the ability to support barcode standards and other things like text fields (names, addresses, etc).
I would like to be able to just use a library call, so if anyone knows of any that exist let me know. If not I'll be happy to write my own but don't have any experience with image generation. Oh, its also possible that i could use an already generated pdf and convert that to a bitmap if it is easier, but again, I don't know of any library's that can do it and google has not turned up anything significant yet.
