Please help

At the moment I'm not able to "ctrl + alt + delete". I restarted my computer and the result is that I'm still not able to ctrl, alt delete. I used norton AntiVirus and I still do not have any success. Can someone please help me out?

Is there any message box popping up when you press ctrl+alt+del saying something like "Administrator has disabled task manager..." or does it just not do anything at all?

Absolutely nothing occurs. It's as if "CTRL + ALT + DELETE" didn't exist.

Maybe one of the keys is broken? Hahaha. Check the functionality of each key by running individual tests on each one.

I don't remember where the registry key is (if you're on windows, I don't know if linux has a ctrl+alt+del :o ) in windows registry, but an easy solution to find out what's wrong would be to get a windows registry key monitor and turn it on so it monitors your registry, then press ctrl+alt+del and it should output a few 100 registry changes. Look through them and there should be a key saying something like taskmgr or something similar, then search for the key in your registry and check if there's anything suspicious looking.

Starting your computer in Safe Mode may help.

Well thx a lot guys. I finally found a free spyware checker. it's called Ewido Anti-malware, and it works great. Took about 1 hour to scan my computer and it found all the problems.
