How to get an email to fill out an online form?

Hello, I have one program that only has the option to send out an email to subscribe a user. The other program which is an autoresponder only allows you to add the subscribers information via there online input form which displays "name" and "email" fields and a "submit" button.

How can I get this program to send an email that will fill in that online form and send it off? Or what could I do to this online form to get it to somehow communicate with the email that's being send to it and complete the information and subscribe the user?

Let me know if you have a solution.

Matt

I'm not following through, you want a program to fill out a form and then send an e-mail?
