this is homework and i really need help. Design a simple digital time of day clock that can display the time from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59. Assume that you have a clock pulse input derived from the public electricity supply of 50Hz (Jamaica and Europe or 60Hz USA). Please help, I have not a clue seriously.

Er, this sounds like electronics not computing homework. As such you'd just use a 1:50 or 1:60 differential in your clockwork, or use a bistable flip flop calibrated to that amount connected to your parallel adders and other circuitry. Anyway, what does this have to do with VB?
