wait and see. my guess is that sony will still remain on top with the console gaming stuff, but I'd simply wait it out till we know more about all of it.

i'll just stick with the old xbox, but out of the three i'd say xbox 360. fuck it, it's the GAMES man! if you like mario and zelda and metroid, or GTA and driver, or final fantasy or resident evil, whatever...without good software to back it up, who cares about the hardware? besides, by the time a lot of games will be coming out, the pricepoint on the systems will probably have dropped significantly. then other factors are in play...but it all boils down to the games. hell, during the first couple years of the ps2 and xbox being out i still played nes and supernes, cuz they had the games i wanted. ahhhhhhhhhh...quake 4.

Yeah I agree. PCs don't get out of date as badly or swiftly as a console can a few months down the line. It plays a wider range of games, and there's always Project 64

I'd just wait a few months for a significant price drop. Paying $500 to play a game is crazy if you ask me. Unless you're rich...

Go with xbox 360, but only if your addicted to halo 2 and carnt wait until halo 3 comes out, other wise wait for a bit for the price to drop and buy a playstation 3
