Anyone know how to make a background that flashes different colors with only HTML
|

With only HTML it is not possible, unless you wanted to make small gif file say 1px X 1px that changed differnt colors and wanted to use that as your background set with HTML

You can do it really easily with javascript.

I can think of a number of ways to do this, however, but doing it only in html the easiest way is to create a 1x1px gif that runs the colors you want.
Some of the issues have been addressed here. If it wasn't a problem, there are some great javascripts out there that would help you, just do a google. Siezure prone users may not like it, but, as long as you make this blinking bachground real slow, like maybe that it changes colors every 5-10 seconds, you won't really have that problem. I would suggest not doing it at all, but I know what it was like for me. Every thought had to be done at least once to try to see if it could be. I hope this all helps Mike
