Question I need help with Frames

Programming Frames frustrate me but I like how they can be used so could someone help me get started on learning how to make frames.

Go here and go through the HTML tutorial or just click on the section that covers frames.

I have a better idea: don't. People hate frames, and with good reason. A google for "don't use frames" churned up some interesting results - this was the top one:

i agree with ooble, anything you can do with frames you can pretty much do with tables, tables are the way to go, lots and lots of tables, nest them within each other if you need to.
