I need help. I was wondering if any of you knew any easy 2D Video Gaming Programs/Software that could make 2D games like Age of Empires II, ETC...,

I don't know if you're talking about programs to make games, in which case I don't know. For RPGs, I reccomend RPGmaker2003, but if you're looking for a library, then I suggest checking out www.libsdl.org .

One that makes games like Age of Empires II? There isn't one. You might be able to find one that'll make something like Gorillas, if you're lucky.
