Im just messing around and trying to figure out if its possible to make a program to edit another in the same way i would use a hex editor to do it.

Its not that big a deal (just for an old emu game, could be nice to make a trainer for it) im just curious how exactly you would go about it.

You can - they're called loaders, I believe. Just not sure how to do it.
