Text Editor : Loading Dll's

I am making a text editor that will support syntax highlighting, and etc, on various programming languages. I have decided that it will be possible to make plugins to add languages. Therefore I want to make it where it goes to a certain directory and load all the .dll's in that folder. Of course I know a way to do this, but I want to make sure this is the best way, as I might plan on distributing this text editor to the public. Here is what I plan on doing as of now...

[code]
FindFirstFile(PATTERN, WIN32_FIND_DATA *pData);
pData->cFileName = file name, that's how you know what file to load
FindNextFile()
FindClose()
LoadLibrary for each file
[code]

Is there a more sufficient, easier, or faster way to do it?
