Hey, I'm wanting to try making my own semantic scripting language. But I have some questions.
What would yall suggest to make a scripting language?
Would I need to make a engine to run this? Like a browser, should it clientside or server side?
From the way I understand it Semantic data handling is as follows: The price of this Dell Computer is $399.00. The user wnats dell prices so the user searchs a search engine for dell prices and the page is in this format.

<amt>$399.00</amt>

User searchs search engines for Prices of Dell Computers and is listed a catalog of all pages the search engine has indexed with these type of tags. I dont know if I'm being really clear or not but it all works out in my head I just cant explain it to well. My main question is where to get started on a scripting language. I've been reading quite about on semantic web, and RDF stuff lately, and I'm bored so I want to give it a go.
