I need programmer(s) to develop code for two specific problems:

1. Sending Unicode emails (Arabic, chinesse, ...) through Internet mail system. (I will supply you with the code that extracts the data from MYSQL database to generate the emails, you take care of the rest).
2. Sending the same emails to cell phones/PDA. (I have absolutely no idea what this one invloves).

You could take care of one or both these issues, makes no difference to me.
This is for a projet right ow and work needs to be completed in the next 2 weeks.

Please let me know of your fee (hourly/fix rate/...) and also a brief resume.
I will pay you through paypal, certified checks or money order as you prefer.

First issue is resolved still looking for developer/consultant for the second issue (sending data to cell phones/PDA).
