Hi All

Re: Cool C# Tutorial

Interesting. That looks like it may be a good site, but I'll have to actually read some of the tutorials to make sure. It looks fairly thorough though.

Re: Cool C# Tutorial

Hmm looks good, lots of adverts and the contact link is broken though. But the content seems genuine and not plagiarized, although the tutorials I looked at had no author credentials.

Pretty good, i've seen a few that are better for certain things, but i've also seen a hell of a lot more that are worse, good find.

Re: Cool C# Tutorial

It looks like a good intro. I just looked around briefly, but it seems to not go very far in to detail and in some places the example code is less than ideal. It's hard to say whether some of these cases are to make it easier for a beginner to understand or suggest a lack of experience on the part of the author.

Look at the last code example on http://www.functionx.com/vcsharp/controls/timer.htm to see what I mean.

I see, good point.
Any online tutorials that you recommend that are good, or will this one do for now as I am still learning forms and stuff.

Later

I guess Enum.GetNames comes later on.
